The company was formed in 1968 by Hasan Bedel who originates from Ozankoy,  Hasan Bedel has been building houses and apartments ever since, he has apartments which were built in the early 80’s on the Bellapais Road, which are still in very good condition.  Again in the late eighties, he built a complex of five house which are on the way up to Bellapais, again a very  modern complex for the 80’s, but a job well done, these are just two examples of his builds his portfolio is extensive.  When his son Niyazi was born it was only natural for son to follow in his father’s footsteps.  Construction is second nature to Niyazi, at a very early age he was helping his father on the construction sites and basically learning the tricks of the trade.  Niyazi has just completed three apartment blocks in Dogankoy, a very impressive build.  Niyazi also renovated his own house which is again on the Dogankoy road.  
This building was completely renovated and if you would like to see how the company works it is worth just driving past. 

With many years experience behind them father and son continue to build quality apartments and villas in prime areas of Kyrenia North Cyprus.  Their past projects have included building the sosyal konuts in Zeytinlik, which was funded by the TRNC Government, Government communication centers in areas around the North Cyprus, and many more in Arapkoy, Karmi, Lapta and the list goes on.
